The process

  • The exciting first step is you sharing your vision with us. Just use our super easy form to give us a description of how we can help, or you can give our friendly staff a call. This gives us a chance to quickly understand your project and organise a time to meet, then when we get together we’ll be sure to have everything on hand to get us off to the best start possible.

  • Our first meeting is an exciting one, it is here that we get to dive into the detail of your project, and we guide you through the process of how we turn that idea you began with to the stunning finished product you deserve. This meeting covers the following…

  • Wether it is from your existing plans or a BuildMac design & build just for you, we make sure that you are up to speed on every part of the plan and how it will come to life.

    • We begin with top quality architectural concepts, creating the all important vision of your project.

    • Initial estimates are given to ensure affordability.

    • Consent Plans are drawn

    • A complete and detailed costing is created, overseen by a third party quantity surveyor.

    • Budgets agreed upon, plans sent to council for approval.

    Note: If any change to the agreed upon plan is required, be it from client request or unforeseen material complications, BuildMac will supply repricing and restructure of timeline where necessary, allowing ample time for client decision.

  • BuildMac will supply you with a full schedule of works so that you are fully up to date with every step of the construction process. We will guide you through all documentation to ensure full understanding during the Signing of the Contract.

  • We know you are excited to see your project come to life. We strive on keeping open communication throughout the whole process, letting you keep right up to date on the progress of your build. You can choose to be updated via phone or in person.
